We have a 10 business day return policy, which means you have 10 business days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Stains and dirt on the clothing will not be accepted.
To start a return, send images and you can contact us at info@hnomanor.com. If your return is accepted, only in the US we will send you a free return shipping label.
Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and beauty products (such as palettes, lipgloss, and etc).
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically sent a return label, if you're in the US. After we receive your package and have it checked, we refund you on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
*Please note, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped and put on hold until we get in touch with you for an alternative address.
Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and they return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us. The best we can do is reship, however, you will need to pay for reshipments due to failed payment of duties. You would need to contact us at info@hnomanor.com.

Once, you've placed an order our warehouse team begins our handmaking process. Hand-making can take up to seven to ten business days, so please be patient with us. Please remember our manor girl policy, if our processing time takes over 10 business days you are eligible for a FREE tracksuit of your choice. If you are missing part of your order, please check:
- Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.

Unfortunately, on our sale items, we ship those super-fast, so it is not possible to amend any details, as our team will have already started processing your order. If so on sale items, please email us immediately info@hnomanor.com.

We will send you a free, US ONLY, free return label if you're eligible for a return. You can use that tracking from the slip to check when it has reached us.
As soon as we have processed your refund, you should receive an email notification. Please note it can take 3-5 working days for the payment to show in your account, depending on the card issuer.

The express shipping services for the USA cannot make shippings to PO Box addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address or select the Standard or Saver shipping service. We will email you to ask for an alternative address if this has happened, your order will be on hold until you respond.

If you are home to accept the order, then a signature will be required. If nobody is home to receive the parcel, the shipping company will leave a card saying that they have attempted to deliver and provide you with details on where the parcel has been shipped to. If there are no safe places or available neighbors, the courier will notify you and attempt to re-ship the next working day. Shipping will be re-attempted 3 times before being returned to the depot and returned back to HNO MANOR. If you wish to have the parcel redelivered, please email us at info@hnomanor.com.
