Shipping Policy

Please notice, delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on your state. Delivery times are still effected from COVID-19, please be patient with us.

All orders ship are from overseas or United States. Shipping estimates are based on dates provided by shipping couriers and shipping times may vary depending on shipping location. Delays experienced by shipping couriers, customs holds & other external third parties are outside of our control.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as it has been dispatched. 

*Please note, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. If you provide a PO Box or Parcel Locker address, your order will not be shipped and put on hold until we get in touch with you for an alternative address. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES & DUTIES INFORMATION

Keep in mind that what you pay online for your order this does not include possible taxes and duties, which may be applied by customs authorities on delivery into your country. The payment and knowledge of taxes and duties that may apply to your purchase are your responsibility and we do not reimburse customs or duties costs.

For more information on what duties and taxes may be payable by you prior to the delivery of your parcel, we strongly recommend checking your local customs website or contacting them directly prior to placing your order.

Please note, if you choose not to pay duties on import and they return your parcel to us, you will not be issued with a refund when the parcel is received by us. The best we can do is reship, however you will need to pay for reshipments due to failed payment of duties.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS HOLDS SHIPPING

Estimated delivery times do not include any customs delays or holds. In the event that you have not received your parcel within the delivery time estimated above and you have not been contacted by your local customs department or postal service regarding your delivery, please get in touch with us and we will happily look into this for you and help to our extended ability.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS SHIPPING

If you ordered a pre-order style, it will not be shipped immediately, please check the times it will be shipped in the description of the product. All available non pre-order items purchased will be shipped within our hand making dates, which are also in our product descriptions. 

DELIVERY METHOD - USPS & DHL Express

All orders to the USA are shipped via DHL Express or USPS from Overseas. If delivery is attempted while no one is home the courier will leave a card in your letterbox or contact you via email/phone to arrange a re-delivery.

If you contact DHL and authorize authority to leave on your parcel, we are not responsible for any theft, damage or non-delivery of your parcel. We do not recommend changing your delivery method from our signature service. We are not responsible to reship unless you repay the shipping payments again.
